Dr. Chris Kiptoo is the Principal Secretary, National Treasury. He has a wealth of experience in economic policy formulation analysis and execution. He has worked with the Central Bank of Kenya, Capital Market Authority and the International Monetary Fund and has previously served as Principal Secretary, in various dockets.
